摘　　要：目的分析游离腓骨皮瓣与髂骨皮瓣在骨缺损治疗中的应用价值.方法选取2015年8月至2018年8月我院骨科患者60例,随机将其分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,各30例.常规治疗组患者采取常规皮瓣修复治疗,联合治疗组患者采取游离腓骨皮瓣与髂骨皮瓣联合治疗.比较两组患者的临床疗效、伤口闭合时间、住院时间、愈合时间及并发症发生情况.结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合治疗组的伤口闭合时间、住院时间及愈合时间均显著短于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合治疗组的并发症总发生率显著低于常规治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论游离腓骨皮瓣与髂骨皮瓣联合治疗在骨缺损治疗中的应用价值较常规皮瓣修复治疗高,值得临床应用推广.Objective To analyze the application value of free fibular skin flap and iliac bone skin flap in the treatment of bone defect. Methods From August 2015 to August 2018, 60 orthopedic patients in our hospital were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and combined treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the conventional treatment group were treated with conventional skin flap repair, while the patients in the combined treatment group were treated with free fibular skin flap and iliac bone skin flap. The clinical effects, wound closure time,hospitalization time, healing time and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The wound closure time, hospitalization time and healing time in the combined treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the combined treatment group was significantly lower than that in the conventional treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of free fibular skin flap and iliac bone skin flap is more valuable in the treatment of bone defect than that of conventional flap repair, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
