摘　　要：目的 探讨超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果.方法 选取我院收治的65例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,运用抽签法将其分为研究组(33例,超声乳化+房角分离术)和对照组(32例,小梁切除术+白内障手术).比较两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压及前房深度.结果 术后第1、3、6个月,两组患者BCVA比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组的眼压、前房深度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床效果显著,可以提高患者的视力并缓解眼压.Objective To analyze the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with angle separation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract. Methods A total of 65 patients with angle-closure glaucoma and cataract admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into study group(33 cases, phacoemulsification+angle separation) and control group(32 cases, trabeculectomy+cataract surgery) according to the method of drawing lots. The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth were compared between the two groups.Results At the 1 st, 3 rd and 6 th month after operation, there were no significant differences in BCVA between the two groups(P >0.05), the intraocular pressure and depth of anterior chamber in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with angle separation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract has a significant clinical effect, which can improve vision and relieve intraocular pressure.
