摘　　要：目的 探讨α干扰素联合肝爽颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果及对患者T细胞亚群免疫表达的影响.方法 选取2017年4月至2018年4月收治的54例乙型肝炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组27例.对照组应用常规保肝治疗+α干扰素,研究组应用常规保肝治疗+α干扰素+肝爽颗粒.分析两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,研究组的IFN-γ、IL-2水平均高于对照组和治疗前,IL-10、IL-6水平均低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05).研究组治疗后3、6个月的抗-HBc IgM、HbeAg、HBV DNA转阴率均高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的TBIL、AST、ALT水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 α干扰素联合肝爽颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者,临床疗效显著,可提高患者机体免疫能力,改善肝功能转阴率.Objective To explore the effect of α-interferon combined with Ganshuang granule on chronic hepatitis B and its influence on immune expression of T cell subsets in patients. Methods Fifty-four patients with hepatitis B admitted from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine liver protection +α-interferon, and the study group was treated with routine liver protection+α-interferon+Ganshuang granules. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels of IFN-γ and IL-2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment, and the levels of IL-10 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05). The negative-turning rates of anti-HBc IgM, HbeAg and HBV DNA in the study group at 3 and 6 months after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of TBIL, AST and ALT in the two groups decreased, and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion α-interferon combined with Ganshuang granule has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B, which can improve the immune capacity of patients and the negative-turning rate of liver function.
