摘  要:曲轴零件的质量影响着发动机的使用效果。曲轴锻造过程中需要对锻造温度进行控制,提高曲轴的加工生产效率。在分析曲轴锻造工艺方案和曲轴模锻加工过程的基础上,利用Deform-3D对曲轴模锻进行模拟分析,通过设置模拟初始条件和模拟参数,从曲轴成形行程载荷、成形过程等效应变、成形速度等三方面得出模拟结果,该成形方案曲轴成形效果良好,并设计了模锻图,为曲轴的实际生产提供了参考。The quality of the crankshaft parts affects the engine’s performance. The crankshaft forging process only needs to control the forging temperature to improve the processing efficiency of the crankshaft. Based on the analysis of the crankshaft forging process plan and the crankshaft die forging process, the crankshaft die forging was simulated and analyzed by Deform-3D. The simulation results were obtained from the crankshaft forming stroke-load, the equivalent strain in the forming process and the forming speed by setting the initial simulation conditions and parameters. It was concluded that the forming effect of the crankshaft was good, and the die forging diagram was designed. It provides a reference for the actual production of crankshaft.
