摘　　要：探讨家庭护理干预对膝关节损伤患者术后关节功能恢复的影响。抽取我院2016年4月—2018年10月间收治的136例膝关节损伤患者,患者均实施手术治疗,随机分为对照组(68例)行常规护理,研究组(68例)给予家庭护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。研究组膝关节损伤恢复优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);膝关节功能评分、生活自理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);关节恢复时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。家庭护理干预能促进膝关节损伤患者术后关节功能的恢复,有效改善膝关节功能,提高患者的生活自理水平。To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on the recovery of joint function in patients with knee joint injury after operation, 136 patients with knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group (68 cases) for routine nursing and research group (68 cases) for family nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. The excellent and good rate of knee joint injury recovery in the study group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05);the knee joint function score and self-care ability score were higher than those in control group (P<0.05);the joint recovery time was shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). Family nursing intervention can promote the recovery of knee joint function after operation, effectively improve knee joint function and improve patients’ self-care level.
