四川省泸州市居民健康城市建设满意度与主观幸福感的关系

摘　　要：目的了解四川省泸州市居民对健康城市建设的满意度与主观幸福感的关系,为我国健康城市建设提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法抽取了7964名居民,通过问卷调查了解其对健康城市建设的满意度和主观幸福感,利用多水平Logistic回归模型分析居民对健康城市建设满意度与主观幸福感的关系。结果居民对健康城市建设医疗卫生服务、医疗保障体系、自然环境、健康知识宣传、社会治安、社会保障体系、食品安全和健身娱乐活动的满意率分别为:78.07%(95%CI:77.13%~78.99%),75.74%(95%CI:74.77%~76.69%),75.05%(95%CI:74.08%~76.02%),74.77%(95%CI:73.79%~75.74%),74.60%(95%CI:73.61%~75.56%),71.22%(95%CI:70.20%~72.23%),65.51%(95%CI:64.44%~66.57%)和58.88%(95%CI:57.78%~59.98%),其中居民对食品安全和健身娱乐活动的满意率较其他维度低,P<0.05。调整混杂因素后,居民对社会保障体系(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.34~1.98)、健身娱乐活动(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.28~1.74)和食品安全(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.25~1.76)的满意度与主观幸福感之间存在正向关联。结论四川省泸州市居民对健康城市建设的满意率较高,其对健康城市建设的满意度与主观幸福感正向相关。Objective To explore the association between residents’satisfaction with Healthy City Project and subjective well-being in Luzhou City,Sichuan Province.Methods 7964 residents were sampled via a multi-stage sampling.Their satisfaction withthe Healthy City Projectin Luzhou and subjective well-being were collected through self-administrated questionnaires.A multilevel logistic regression model was fitted to test the association between residents’satisfaction with Healthy City Project and subjective well-being.Results Residents’satisfaction rates on medical service,medical security system,natural environment,health education,public security,social security system,food safety,and cultural/sport activities were as follows:78.07%(95%CI:77.13%~78.99%),75.74%(95%CI:74.77%~76.69%),75.05%(95%CI:74.08%~76.02%),74.77%(95%CI:73.79%~75.74%),74.60%(95%CI:73.61%~75.56%),71.22%(95%CI:10.20%~72.23%),65.51%(95%CI:64.44%~66.57%),and 58.88%(95%CI:57.78%~59.98%).The satisfaction rates on food safety and cultural/sport activities were significantly lower than other dimensions(P<0.05).After adjusting for confounders,residents’satisfaction with social security system(OR=1.63,95%CI:1.34~1.98),cultural/sport activities(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.28~1.74),and food safety(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.25~1.76)were positively correlated with subjective well-being.Conclusion Residents’satisfaction with the Healthy City Project in Luzhou is relatively high,and positively correlated with subjective well-being.
