摘　　要：论文对国外智慧图书馆研究文献进行了分析,从智慧图书馆的定义及内涵、智慧图书馆中信息技术的应用、智慧图书馆的创新服务模式三个方面总结了国外智慧图书馆的研究和发展现状,使我们对国外智慧图书馆采用的先进技术和实践成果有了一定程度的了解,也带给了我们许多启示,帮助我们立足于自身实际,合理运用国外先进经验,早日探索出具有自身特色的智慧图书馆建设之路。This paper analyses the research literature of foreign smart libraries,and summarizes the research and development status of foreign smart libraries from three aspects:the definition and connotation of smart libraries,the application of information technology in smart libraries,and the innovative service model of smart libraries,so that we can have a certain understanding of the advanced technology and practical achievements adopted by foreign smart libraries.It brings us a lot of enlightenment,and helps us to base ourselves on our own reality,make rational use of foreign advanced experience,and explore the road of smart library construction with own characteristics as soon as possible.
