摘 要:多物理场耦合计算和弹跳特性研究是衡量接触器性能优劣的重要手段,而以往的弹跳力学模型往往忽略了温度场对接触器动态特性的影响。因此,深入研究热场影响下接触器的弹跳特性十分必要。该文首先建立了某型号新能源用大功率接触器的热场模型、电磁特性模型及振动碰撞力学模型,实现了接触器热场、电磁场和机械力场各节点参数的实时交互传递和耦合计算;之后通过与试验结果对比验证了接触器机-电-磁-热多物理场耦合计算结果的正确性;最后分析了温度、长时间反复短时工作、可动部件质量等因素对接触器弹跳特性的作用规律。研究成果可为新能源供电系统和相关设施的安全、可靠运行提供理论基础。The multi-physics field coupling calculation and bounce characteristics are important methods to measure the performance of contactors. However, the influence of thermal field on the dynamic characteristics of contactors is often ignored in previous bounce mechanics model. Therefore, it is necessary to study the bounce characteristics of contactors under the influence of thermal field. In this paper, the thermal field, electromagnetic characteristic and vibration collision mechanics models of a certain high-power contactor for new energy are established. Real-time interactive transmission and coupling calculation of node parameters including thermal, electromagnetic and mechanical force fields of the contactor are realized. Then, the correctness of the results for the mechanicalelectrical-magnetic-thermal multiphysics coupling calculation of contactors is verified by comparing with the experimental results. Finally, the effects of temperature, long-time repeated short-time work and movable components mass on the bounce characteristics of contactors are analyzed. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the safe and reliable operation of new energy supply systems and related facilities.
