摘　　要：瓦斯保护是油浸变压器的主保护,能够反映油箱内部各类故障,包含轻瓦斯保护和重瓦斯保护.一般轻瓦斯保护动作于告警,重瓦斯保护动作于跳闸.本文通过对35 kV某变电站#1主变轻瓦斯频发告警信号的异常情况深入排查分析,发现补油错误注入到油枕的胶囊中引起连接管堵塞,因气温下降后油箱内的油得不到补充而引发轻瓦斯保护误动作,为油浸变压器补油处理提供风险点参考.Gas protection is the main protection of oil-immersed transformers.It can reflect various faults inside the fuel tank,including light gas protection and heavy gas protection.Generally,light gas moves in warning and heavy gas protection acts on tripping.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the abnormality of the frequency alarm signal of the main transformer of the 35 kV substation#1,it was found that the error of the replenishment was injected into the capsule of the oil pillow,causing the connection pipe to be blocked,and the oil in the fuel tank could not be replenished after the temperature dropped.The light gas protection malfunction is caused,and the risk point reference for the oil-immersed transformer oil replenishment is provided.
