摘  要:本文介绍了磨煤机旋转分离器的结构和工作原理,分析了旋转分离器的转速特性及影响磨煤机煤粉细度和均匀性的因素,研究旋转分离器在提高煤粉细度、提高磨煤机出力及降低其单耗、降低飞灰可燃物及提高锅炉效率、降低NOx排放方面的作用.磨煤机旋转分离器适应了煤质多变,尤其在燃用低挥发份和低热值煤种时作用明显.The structure and working principle of the rotary separator of coal mill are introduced.The rotating speed characteristics of the rotary separator and the factors affecting the fineness and uniformity of pulverized coal of coal mill are analyzed.The rotary separator is studied to improve the fineness of pulverized coal,increase the output of the pulverized coal mill and reduce its unit consumption,reduce the combustible matter of fly ash,improve the efficiency of the boiler and reduce NO.The role of X emission.The rotary separator of coal mill adapts to the changeable coal quality,especially when burning low volatile and low calorific value coal.
