摘　　要：FGD烟气脱硫系统经常会发生吸收塔内壁结垢问题,甚至还会出现净烟道内壁结垢现象.吸收塔内结垢不但会对吸收塔内设备造成损坏,还会影响到脱硫系统的安全稳定运行.本文结合设备检修和运行操作调整的经验,详细分析吸收塔内壁结垢的原因,并提出应对措施.望对FGD脱硫系统的运行维护起到参考作用.Scaling on the inner wall of absorption tower often occurs in FGD flue gas desulfurization system,and even on the inner wall of clean flue.Scaling in the absorber will not only damage the equipment in the absorber,but also affect the safe and stable operation of the desulfurization system.Based on the experience of equipment maintenance and operation adjustment,the causes of fouling on the inner wall of absorption tower are analyzed in detail,and the countermeasures are put forward.It is expected to play a reference role in the operation and maintenance of FGD desulfurization system.
