摘 要:以三元锂电池单体(NCM)为研究对象,经过设计合理的实验方法,研究了其基本性能,包含容量特性、内阻特性、开路电压和温度特性。实验结果表明,随着放电倍率的增加,电池放出的电量有一定减小,放电时间变短;充电倍率增大,充进的电量减少,充电时间变短;在电池SOC较低时,电池内阻随SOC下降而上升;电池内阻随温度的升高而降低;而电池开路电压随温度变化较小。通过对电芯数据的挖掘,可以为相关算法提供参考依据,是搭建电池管理系统的基础。The NCM is taken as the research object.The basic properties,including capacity,internal resistance,open circuit voltage and temperature,are studied by reasonable experiments.The results show that,with the increase of discharging rate,the released electricity of battery will reduce,and the discharge time will decrease.With the increase of charge rate,the quantity of electricity charged will decrease,the charging time will be shorter.When the SOC is low,the internal resistance increases with the decrease of SOC.The internal resistance decreases with the increase of temperature,but the OCV changes slightly with the temperature.By studying the cell data,it provides support for the related algorithms and is the basis of building the battery management system.
