摘 要:以某车型的双横臂前悬架为研究对象,以MSC.ADAMS/Car模块为研究平台,建立双横臂前悬架模型,并对其运动特性进行仿真分析。通过虚拟样机的仿真,做出双横臂前悬架相关性能参数的变化曲线。通过对曲线的分析,揭示车轮跳动时各项参数的变化规律。结果表明,该仿真分析对汽车性能的评价有重要意义,能够高效地为汽车悬架系统的设计和优化提供思路和借鉴,降低研究周期和成本。Taking the double-wishbone front suspension of a certain model as the research object,the MSC.ADAMS/Car module is used as the research platform to establish the double-wishbone front suspension model and its motion characteristics are simulated and analyzed.Through the simulation of the virtual prototype,the curve of the performance parameters of the double-wishbone front suspension is made.Through the analysis of the curve,the variation law of various parameters when the wheel is beating is revealed.The results show that the simulation analysis is of great significance for the evaluation of vehicle performance,and can effectively provide ideas and reference for the design and optimization of automotive suspension systems,reducing research cycle and cost.
