金芪降糖片联合预混胰岛素治疗继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨金芪降糖片联合预混胰岛素治疗继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法:将继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病患者80例按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予诺和锐30治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用金芪降糖片治疗,治疗3个月后比较两组控糖效果、胰岛素抵抗指数及低血糖发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组HbA1c达标率为77.50%,显著高于对照组的55.00%(P<0.05);观察组血浆FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、2hINS、INS、ISI、TG、TC、LDL-C均明显降低,HDL-C明显升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组低血糖发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金芪降糖片联合预混胰岛素可显著提高继发性磺脲类失效的2型糖尿病的临床疗效,并明显改善胰岛素抵抗和血脂代谢,且并未增加低血糖发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of Jinshi Jiangtang Tablets combined premixed insulin on the failure of type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary failure of the type of diabetic.Methods:80 cases patients of secondary sulfonylurea failure in type 2 diabetic were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each group 40 cases,the control group was treated with Novorapid 30,the was treated with Jinqi Jiangtang tablets in the control treatment,3 months after treatment,the effect of sugar,insulin resistance index and hypoglycemia incidence were compaed between the two groups.Results:After treatment,The rate of HbA1c compliance of the observation group was 77.50%,significantly higher than the 55.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group,the levels of FBG,2hpbg,HbA1c,2hins,INS,ISI,TG,TC,LDL-C were significantly decreased,HDL-C increased significantly,with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group of hypoglycemia in patients with occur rate difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinqi Jiangtang tablets combined with pre mixed insulin can significantly improve the clinical effect of secondary sulfonylurea failure in type 2 diabetes mellitus,and improve the patients with insulin resistance and lipid metabolism and did not increase the incidence of hypoglycemia,it is worthy of clinical attention.
