摘 要:以采煤机电动机为研究对象,分析了其漏电保护装置和短路保护中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施,即:为传统电动机的短路保护电路中增加了合适电阻值的熔断器,为传统采煤机电动机漏电保护装置更新了霍尔电流传感器、TL341元件、继电器、PLC控制器以及电筒滤波器等器件。应用结果表明,改进后的采煤机电动机短路保护的精确性和漏电保护装置的抗干扰能力和可靠性得到了提升。Taking the coal miner electromechanical motive as the research object,the problems existing in the leakage protection device and short circuit protection are analyzed,and the fuses with suitable resistance value are added to the short circuit protection circuit of the traditional motor,and relevant measures are put forward,that is,and the hall current sensor,TL341 element,relay,PLC controller and flashlight filter are updated for the traditional electric leakage protection device of the shearer motor.The application results show that the accuracy of the short circuit protection of the improved shearer motor and the anti-disturbance ability and reliability of the leakage protection device have been improved.
