特勤疗养员疾病谱调查

摘　　要：目的调查某疗养院特勤疗养员近3年的疾病谱。方法对近3年在某院疗养的828例特勤疗养员行内外科、特诊科等各项专科检查,并将查体结果进行统计分析后确定其疾病谱。结果消化系统疾病、泌尿系统疾病、口腔疾病及心理疾病患病率相对其他系统疾病较高,不同地域疗养员患病率有一定差异,且差异具有统计学意义。结论调查特勤疗养员疾病谱,有利于采取针对性防控措施,提高部队战斗力。Objective To investigate disease spectrum of special service convalescents in a sanatorium in the past three years.Me thods In the past three years,828 special service convalescents were given various examinations,such as internal and external medicine,laboratory,special diagnosis,stomatology and psychology.The disease spectrum was determined by statistical analysis of the results of various examinations.Re s ults The incidence of digestive system diseases,urinary system diseases,oral diseases and psychological diseases is higher than that of other diseases.There are some differences in the incidence of diseases among convalescents in different regions and the differences are of statistical significance.Conclus ion It is beneficial to analyzing the disease spectrum of special service convalescents in order to provide preventive measures.
