摘  要:闪烁屏的位置分辨和探测效率是影响冷中子成像质量的重要因素,基于冷中子敏感闪烁玻璃研发的纤维面板闪烁屏可以同时实现高位置分辨率及高探测效率。实验研制了几种不同Ce^3+掺杂含量的锂闪烁玻璃样品,并在此基础上制备了含氟化物的闪烁玻璃,Ce^3+掺杂含量分别为1. 3%、 1. 5%、 1. 7%、 1. 93%、 1. 93%(含氟化物)、 2. 1%、 2. 4%,并对这些样品的冷中子吸收效率及光产额进行了测试分析。结果表明,随着Ce^3+含量上升发光效率提升,随后浓度淬灭效应凸显,最优Ce^3+含量为1. 93%。相同Ce^3+含量下,氟化物的引入没有提升光产额。The position resolution and detection efficiency of the scintillation screen are important factors affecting the quality of cold neutron imaging. The fiber panel scintillation screen based on cold neutron sensitive scintillation glass can achieve high position resolution and high detection efficiency at the same time. Several kinds of Li scintillation glasses with different Ce3+ doping contents were prepared, a floriferous scintillation glass was also prepared. The doping contents of Ce3+ are 1. 3 %, 1. 5 %, 1. 7 %, 1. 93 %, 1. 93 %( containing fluoride), 2. 1 % and 2. 4 %, respectively. the cold neutron absorption efficiencies and light yields of these samples were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the luminous efficiency increased with the increase of Ce3+ content, and then the concentration quenching effect was prominent. The optimal Ce3+ content was 1. 93%. At the same Ce3+ content, the introduction of fluoride did not increase the light yield.
