摘 要:薄壁件类型的工业产品,刚度比较差、精度要求又高,这类产品在铣削加工过程中非常容易产生变形,而且也难以控制加工精度。本文采用有限元数值模拟技术,对薄壁件加工变形进行了分析,包括几何模型简化、模型选择、动态加载、薄壁特征三维仿真模型的建立,通过对薄壁件的有限元数值模拟,分析了在不同工艺参数和不同约束条件下,对其加工变形的影响。Thin-walled industrial products have poor stiffness and high precision requirements. They are prone to deformation in milling process, and it is difficult to control the processing accuracy. In this paper, the finite element numerical simulation technology is used to analyze the processing deformation of thin-walled parts, including geometric model simplification, model selection, dynamic loading and the establishment of three-dimensional simulation model of thin-walled features. Through the finite element numerical simulation of thin-walled parts, the processing of thin-walled parts under different process parameters and constraints is analyzed. The effect of deformation.
