马斯洛需要层次理论在高校图书馆工作中的运用——以流通部女性馆员为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆女性馆员居多,她们的生理特点及其图书馆流通部工作的一些特点,造成了焦虑、缺乏安全感等,以至于在工作中不能发挥最大潜能。本文试探讨马斯洛需要层次理论在流通部女性馆员工作中的阶梯式运用,以使女性馆员以饱满的精神投入工作。Female librarians are in the majority in college libraries. Their physiological characteristics and some features of the work in library circulation department cause the anxiety and the lack of sense of security. As a result,it is hard for them to play the maximum potential in their work. This paper tries to discuss the application of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs among the work of female librarian in college library circulation department to make them devote themselves to the work in high spirit.
