摘 要:目的本文主要研究目的为探讨七周大强度递增负荷运动对大鼠血液中肌酸激酶(CK)和血红蛋白(Hb)的浓度的影响。并通过相关资料的归结进一步来分析运动疲劳的发生机理。方法选取大鼠50只作为研究对象,将其随机分为模型组和对照组,各50只,模型组进行七周大强度递增负荷的跑台训练,对照组不参加训练,喂养方式相同。最后一次运动后即刻取材,检测七周大强度递增负荷运动对大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)和血红蛋白(Hb)的影响。结果和对照组相比,模型组CK、Hb变化存在显著性差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大鼠在经过七周大强度递增负荷运动后,血液中CK水平升高,Hb含量下降。Objective The purpose of this paper is to study the influence on the concentration of exerciseinduced fatigue of creatine kinase(CK)and the concentration of hemoglobin(Hb)in the blood of rats.Hoping that through generalizing the related data to analyse the theory of sports fatigue.Methods 60 healthy male rats were randomly divided into control group and model model group,model group for seren weeks intensity intensity increasing load of treadmill training,the contuol group in the same conditions,not to attend the training.Immediatel after exercise out one last time,the increasing of the seren weeks old strength load movement of rat serum creatine kinase(CK)and hemoglobin(Hb).Results compared with control group,model group,CK、Hb changes exist significant differerce(P<0.05).Conclusion After Seven Weeks Large Incremental Exercise Intensity Activity,CK levels in the blood,the Hb levels drop.
