摘　　要：目的探究分析目前加强基层医院临床输血质量管理建设,保证临床上输血安全性。方法选取我院在2016年~2018年期间临床科室收治的共计200名贫血患者作为研究对象,对所有的患者在临床上所发生的输血质量问题进行相关的原因总结及对策分析,保证临床输血的安全性。结果共计200名临床科室患者,发生护理风险人数共计42名,其中存在输液漏渗的现象共计15名,经济纠纷的风险人数共计13名,投诉的人数共计14名。结论针对临床输血所发生的问题应当通过具体问题具体分析的方式来有效的降低护理风险的发生。Objective To explore and strengthen the quality management of blood transfusion department in primary hospitals to ensure the safety of blood transfusion in clinic.Methods A total of 200 patients in the transfusion department of our hospital from 2015 to 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The causes of the transfusion quality problems in all patients were analyzed and the countermeasures were analyzed to ensure the clinical blood transfusion.Security.Results A total of 200 transfusion patients had a total of 42 nursing risks.Among them,there were 15 cases of infiltration leakage,13 people in economic disputes,and 14 complaints.Conclusion The problems that occur in the transfusion department should be effectively reduced by the specific analysis of specific problems.
