G-CSF动员PBSC捐献者血常规指标的中长期变化研究

摘　　要：目的研究G-CSF动员PBSC捐献者血常规指标的中长期变化情况。方法调查分析16例外周血干细胞捐献者的定期体检血常规数据。结果白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血小板(PLT)计数水平均处于正常参考范围;38%的捐献者3年内血小板分布宽度(PDW)指标出现低于正常参考区间的情况,随后逐步恢复到基础水平。结论PBSC捐献者血常规主要指标中长期内不受影响G-CSF动员影响,部分捐献者PDW指标恢复到基础水平需要较长时间。Objective To study the long-term and medium-term changes of blood routine indices of PBSC donors mobilized by G-CSF.Methods The blood routine regular examination data of 16 cases of peripheral blood stem cell donors were analyzed.Results The count level of white blood cell(WBC),red blood cell(RBC)and platelet(PLT)were all in normal reference range.38%of donors,the platelet distribution width(PDW)index within 3 years was lower than the normal reference interval and then gradually returned to the basic level.Conclusion The main index of the blood routine of PBSC donors are not affected by G-CSF mobilization in the medium and long term and it will take a long time for the PDW index of some donors to return to the basic level.
