摘 要:以混合磷酸盐缓冲溶液为擦拭溶液,采用定量滤纸为擦拭材料,建立了试纸擦拭快速显色法测定日用陶瓷釉面涂层中镉溶出量的分析方法。试验了显色体系的pH值、显色剂浓度及干扰因素的影响,并建立了擦拭量与溶出量的线性关系。结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数大于0.99,方法的检出限为10 ng。该方法具有操作方便、检测快速、试剂消耗成本低等优点,适用于日用陶瓷釉面涂层中镉溶出量现场快速显色的筛查。A rapid method was developed for determination of cadmium dissolved in glaze coating of domestic ceramic by test paper wiping in this paper. The test material was prepared by using qualitative filter paper, and mixed phosphate buffer solution as wiping agent. The experimental conditions of the p H value and concentration of chromogenic agent, developer dosage and other interference factors were optimized, and the linear relationship between the amount of wiping and dissolution was established. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of more than0.99 and the detection limit of lead was 10 ng. The method was simple, rapid, low cost and suitable for preliminary screening on cadmium dissolved of glaze coating from domestic ceramic in spot.
