摘 要:中国电子竞技发展存在诸多问题:政府层面监管权责混淆,法律规制缺位;社会经济层面产业链态失衡、精品研发滞后、盈利模式单一;精神文化层面传统元素匮乏、办赛模式趋同化。建议:注重电竞生态产业集聚延展与区域联动;健全电竞行业法律法规以提升监督效能;优置电竞行业资源配备以增强发展动力;注重电竞高端人才供需以提高发展效率;构建品牌文化传播矩阵以增强电竞价值。With the literature and logic analysis method. this paper makes a rational examination of many problems caused by the current e-sports development boom in China, and explores the response path. The conclusion shows that the development of China’s e-sports mainly faces the confusion of government powers and responsibilities, and the lack of legal regulation;the imbalance of industrial chain in the socio-economic level, the lag of fine research and development, and the single profit model;the lack of traditional elements in the spiritual culture, the convergence of the competition mode, etc. Many problems. Recommendation: focus on the integration and extension of e-sports eco-industry industry;improve the laws and regulations of e-sports industry to improve supervision efficiency;optimize the resources of e-sports industry to promote orderly development;focus on the supply and demand of high-end talents in e-sports to improve development efficiency;build brand Cultural communication matrix to enhance the value of e-sports.
