摘 要:在液压传动系统中为了能够实现某种动作要求,在换向阀阀芯处于中位时能够实现泵的卸荷、或者执行元件的浮动、闭锁、保压等相应动作,了解和掌握滑阀的中位机能的特点及适用场合显得尤为重要;本文通过多种油路系统图的案例分析,详述滑阀中位机能在不同油路中的工作原理总结出其应用特点。并通过综合案例分析,总结出不同滑阀中位机能在串并联液压系统应用中的功能特点。In order to meet certain action requirements in hydraulic transmission system, it is particularly important to understand and master the characteristics and application occasions of the median function of sliding valve when the valve core of reversing valve is in the middle to realize the unloading of pump, or the corresponding action of floating, locking and pressure-holding of the actuating elements;in this paper, through a variety of oils, it is particularly important to understand and master the characteristics and application occasions of the median function of sliding valve. Case analysis of road system diagram, detailed description of the working principle of the sliding valve median function in different oil routes, summarized its application characteristics. Through comprehensive case analysis, the functional characteristics of different sliding valve median functions in series-parallel hydraulic system application are summarized.
