摘 要:编组站综合自动化系统是通过信息、设备、人员的共享、集成、集中,实现了编组站运输生产指挥的信息化、智能化和自动化的综合自动控制系统。在提高作业效率、减少人员设置、减轻劳动强度、卡控作业安全方面有着重要作用。本文介绍了目前全路编组站应用的Computer Integrated Process System(CIPS)系统和Synthetic Automation of Marshalling(SAM)系统,简要分析综合自动化系统实际应用效果,探讨了近几年来编组站综合自动化系统在选型设计、开通准备、功能完善、日常维护、实际应用等方面暴露出的问题和不足,提出改进措施和完善建议。相关方案和建议对丰富编组站综合自动化系统功能、提升系统使用效果、完善系统管理具有重要的指导意义。The marshalling station integrated automation system is an integrated automatic control system that realizes the informatization,intelligence and automation of the marshalling station transportation production command through the sharing,integration and concentration of information,equipment and personnel.It plays an important role in improving work efficiency,reducing staffing,reducing labor intensity,and safety of cargo control operations.This paper introduces the current Computer Integrated Process System(CIPS)system and Synthetic Automation of Marshalling(SAM)system for the whole marshalling station application,and briefly analyzes the practical application effect of the integrated automation system.In view of the problems and shortcomings in the selection and design,functional improvement,routine maintenance and practical application of the marshalling station integrated automation system in the past two years,the improvement measures and suggestions for improvement are introduced,and it is expected that the system can be better utilized.
