摘　　要：当前我国经济发展强调以供给侧结构性改革为主线,注重经济高质量发展。湖北省港口在快速发展的同时存在岸线资源利用率不高、经营主体众多等问题,港口资源整合有助于提高岸线资源利用效率、加快港口转型升级,助力经济高质量发展。本文在明确港口资源整合内涵的基础上,研究湖北省港口发展现状及港口资源整合现状,总结国内外港口资源整合经验及启示,确定湖北省资源整合采取"政府主导+市场引导"的模式,进一步提出推进湖北省港口资源整合的策略。At present,China’s economic development emphasizes the supply-side structural reform as the main line and focuses on high-quality development.As an important starting point for promoting regional economic development,the port should accelerate the transformation of development mode and help the economy to develop at a high quality.While the port of Hubei Province is developing rapidly,there are still some problems.It is urgent to accelerate the transformation and upgrading through the integration of port resources,and form an overall synergy to promote high-quality economic development.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of port resource integration,this paper studies the case of port resource integration at home and abroad,summarizes the enlightenment of port resource integration in Hubei Province,and further proposes the strategy of promoting port resource integration in Hubei Province.
