地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林对薄型子宫内膜不孕患者子宫内膜厚度及性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林对薄型子宫内膜不孕患者子宫内膜厚度及性激素的影响。方法将76例薄型子宫内膜不孕患者随机分为对照组38例和试验组38例。2组患者均于月经第5天给予戊酸雌二醇,每次2 mg,qd,口服。对照组于阴超监测排卵后给予地屈孕酮,每次10 mg,每天2次,口服;试验组在对照组的基础上给予拜阿司匹林,每日100 mg,口服。2组均28 d为1个周期,连续治疗3个周期。观察2组患者的疗效、子宫内膜厚度及性激素水平。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组子宫内膜厚度分别为(9.75±1.06),(7.81±0.92)mm,阻力指数(RI)分别为0.54±0.05,0.62±0.06,搏动指数(PI)分别为0.72±0.11,0.88±0.13,促卵泡刺激素(FSH)分别为(4.62±0.31),(5.73±0.39)U·L^-1,雌激素(E2)分别为(164.17±16.83),(142.83±11.59)pg·m L^-1,孕酮(P)分别为(13.69±1.84),(9.73±1.25)ng·m L^-1,妊娠率分别为60.53%,28.95%,2组以上各指标差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮片联合拜阿司匹林对薄型子宫内膜不孕患者临床疗效显著,可有效调控性激素水平,改善子宫内膜厚度,进而促进病情恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of desdrogesterone tablets combined with Bayaspirin on endometrial thickness and sex hormones in patients with thin endometrial infertility.Methods Seventy-six patients with thin endometrial infertility were randomly divided into control group(38 cases)and treatment group(38 cases).Both groups were given estradiol valerate orally(2 mg each time,qd)on the 5th day of menstruation,while control group was given desdrogesterone orally(10 mg each time,bid)after ovulation.The treatment group was treated with bayaspirin enteric 100 mg,qd,orally.Both groups were given 28 d as a cycle for 3 consecutive cycles.The clinical effect,endometrial thickness and sex hormone levels of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the intimal thickness of treatment group and control group were(9.75±1.06),(7.81±0.92)mm,the resistance index(RI)were 0.54±0.05,0.62±0.06,the pulsatile index(PI)were0.72±0.11,0.88±0.13,the follicular stimulating hormone(FSH)were(4.62±0.31),(5.73±0.39)U·L^-1,estrogen(E2)were(164.17±16.83),(142.83±11.59)pg·m L^-1,progesterone(P)were(13.69±1.84),(9.73±1.25)ng·m L^-1,the pregnancy rates were 60.53%,28.95%.There were significant differences of above data between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Didrogesterone tablet combined with bayaspirin has a significant clinical effect on thin endometrial infertility patients.It can effectively regulate the level of sex hormones,improve the thickness of endometrium,and then promote the recovery of the disease.
