摘 要:为解决目前人工筑埂存在的效率低和筑埂均匀性差等问题,设计一种羽片叠压式水田筑埂机。阐述机具整体设计方案及工作原理,该机采用振动压实和羽片叠压两道工序,使所筑田埂坚实稳定,并对其关键部件镇压筑埂装置和旋耕集土装置进行理论分析与结构设计。为探究镇压筑埂装置和旋耕弯刀的结构参数对筑埂机作业效果的影响,建立筑埂机关键部件-土壤离散元模型,使离散元与有限元耦合,对机具进行强度分析。分别以镇压轮和旋耕弯刀的结构参数为试验因素,田埂坚实度和扭矩为试验指标,进行仿真作业试验。分析结果表明,镇压筑埂装置的弹性羽片与埂底水平方向的夹角为65°,旋耕弯刀的弯折角为120°时,筑埂机作业效果最优,镇压筑埂装置和旋耕弯刀的强度和刚度满足要求。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor uniformity of artificial ridging, the blade laminated ridger for paddy field was designed. The overall structure and working principle of the ridger were illustrated by this paper. The ridger adopts two steps of vibrating compacting and blade laminated to make the ridge firmness and stable, and the theoretical analysis and structural design of the key component of the compacting ridging and the rotary tillage collecting soil device are carried out. In order to explore the influence of the structural parameters of the compacting ridging device and the rotary machetes on the operation effect of the ridger, the key component of the ridger-soil discrete element model was established, coupling the discrete element with the finite element and analyze the strength of the machine. The structural parameters of the compacting wheel and the rotary tiller as the impact factors, and the ridge density and torque as the response indices to carry out simulation test. The analysis results show that the angle between the elastic blade of the compacting ridging device and the horizontal direction of the bottom of the ridge is 65°, and when the bending angle of the rotary machetes is 120°, the operation effect of the ridger is optimal. The intensity and stiffness of the compacting ridging device and the rotary machetes meet the requirements.
