摘  要:针对5~7.5 kW小功率柴油机作为动力的山地小型农机具启动困难的问题,设计机械式小功率发动机启动器。采用理论计算结合有限元分析软件对启动器输入齿轮轴、蓄能组件、离合组件、储能控制组件进行设计及分析。通过试验表明:启动成功率达到97%,寿命达到1 000次以上。设计的FQ6-ST型小功率发动机启动器结构紧凑,蓄能可调。Most of small agricultural are powered by the low-power diesel engine of 7.5 kW or less. In order to solve the problem of difficult starting and high maintenance cost, a mechanical low-power engine starter is designed and developed. The FQ6-ST low-power engine starter is input shaft,the component, of energy storage, the clutch component and the energy storage control component are composed, and the spring component is used for automatic energy storage and release without impact, and the energy storage is adjustable. Through field trials and tests, it shows that the success rate of startup is 97% and the service life is more than 1 000 times, which effectively reduces the weight and maintenance cost of farm machinery, it has high market value.
