摘  要:为降低农用柴油机尾气气体排放对大气的污染,在已有研究的基础上,选择农用柴油机进行ESC(欧洲稳态测试循环)试验,研究POC(氧化型颗粒物催化转化器)与DOC(氧化型催化转化器)对柴油机气体排放的影响。从光管、POC、POC+DOC三个方面研究柴油机尾气排放特征,并将各项数据进行比较分析。通过ESC循环试验可知,相对光管,不论是单独使用POC还是将POC与DOC相结合使用,都会大大降低农用柴油机气体CO、HO的排放量,在POC+DOC状态下,CO、HO在尾气排放中的值分别从0.6%降至0%左右、1.7%降至0.11%,因此可知POC+DOC的结合运用在农用柴油机转换中的效率最优。In order to reduce the atmospheric pollution caused by exhaust gas emissions from agricultural diesel engines, ESC(European steady-state test cycle) experiment was conducted on agricultural diesel engines on the basis of existing studies to study the influence of POC(oxidized particulate matter catalytic converter) and DOC(oxidized catalytic converter) on diesel engine gas emissions. The exhaust emission characteristics of the diesel engine were studied from three aspects including light pipe, POC and POC+DOC, and the data were compared and analyzed. By ESC cycle experiment, the relative light tube, whether used alone POC or will the combination of DOC and POC will significantly reduce agricultural diesel engine emissions of gases CO, HO, in the condition of POC+DOC, CO, HO in exhaust emission, respectively, the value has fallen from 0.6% to 0% and 1.7% to 0.11%, the joint of the knowable POC+DOC used in agricultural diesel engine conversion efficiency of the optimal.
