摘 要:针对直流扰动下Y/Δ接线电力变压器,研究励磁电流与铁心振动之间的关系。基于三相组式变压器直流扰动电路,计算动态电感与时域电流两个状态变量,并利用变压器端口量测信息辨识励磁电流,利用励磁电流表征变压器励磁饱和状态。利用电磁耦合方法对不同直流扰动下的变压器电磁特性进行仿真模拟,计算其交直流混杂模式下的励磁电流与铁心振动加速度,研究励磁电流与铁心振动特性之间的关系。搭建220 V三相变压器直流扰动实验平台,在不同直流扰动下采集变压器励磁电流、铁心振动数据,并将仿真结果与实验数据进行对比,验证仿真模型的正确性。The relationship between excitation current and core vibration of the three-phase transformer with Y/Δ connection under DC disturbance was investigated in this study. Based on the three-phase transformer DC disturbance circuit,two state variables of dynamic inductance and time-domain current were calculated,the excitation current was identified by using transformer port measurement information,and the saturation state of transformer excitation was represented by excitation current. Electromagnetic coupling method was used to simulate the electromagnetic characteristics of the transformer under different DC disturbances. The excitation current and core vibration acceleration under AC/DC hybrid mode were calculated,the relationship between excitation current and core vibration characteristics was analyzed. Moreover,a DC disturbance experiment platform of 220 V three-phase transformer was established to collect excitation current and core vibration data of the transformer under different DC disturbances. The correctness of the simulation model was verified through comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data.
