摘  要:气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)运行中时常出现异常机械振动,振动信号检测对GIS运行状态评价与故障诊断具有重要意义。基于电磁感应原理分析了三相分箱型和三相共箱型GIS设备外壳环流特性,从电磁力和磁致伸缩两个方面深入研究了GIS振动机理,基于小波时频变换提取了振动信号频谱分布特征和振动声学指纹,用于振动信号识别与诊断。现场振动检测结果表明,GIS正常振动信号频率主要集中在100 Hz,与理论分析一致,异常振动信号除100 Hz分量外,还包含大量高次谐波分量,振动声学指纹发生明显变化。通过分析振动信号频谱及声学指纹,可以有效发现由内部缺陷引起的异常机械振动,该种方法具有较好的应用前景。Mechanical faults of Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)often occur,so it is of great significance to detect vibration signal for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of GIS. This research analyzed the characteristics of the circulating current in the enclosures of a three-phase-in-one box type GIS and a three-phase-in-separate box type GIS based on the electromagnetic induction law,and revealed the vibration mechanism of GIS from two aspects of electromagnetic force and magnetostriction. The natural frequency of GIS was also studied. The spectral distribution features of the GIS vibration signal were analyzed by means of the wavelet transformation,and the vibration fingerprint was extracted for detection and diagnosis of mechanical vibration. Moreover,the mechanical vibration characteristic of a GIS in service were detected and analyzed based on a developed diagnosis system. Test results show that the vibration frequency of the GIS is about 100 Hz under normal condition,which is consistent with the theoretical analysis. However,the abnormal vibration signal contains many higher-order harmonic components besides the 100 Hz component,which leads to a great difference between the frequency spectra and vibration fingerprint.Thus,by comparing frequency spectra and vibration fingerprint,the mechanical faults of GIS can be found effectively.
