摘 要:特高压变压器是变电站中的关键设备,特高压变压器在地震下的损害会带来较大的经济损失。为评估特高压变压器套管抗震性能,提出适用于特高压变压器套管的抗震试验方法,文中建立了特高压变压器-套管体系整体的精细化有限元模型。对不同状态下的变压器套管抗震性能进行了分析。另外,对套管与变压器本体及升高座的相互作用进行了理论研究。结果表明,变压器本体及升高座与变压器套管间有强烈的相互作用。升高座能显著放大套管的地震响应。现有试验方法因忽略了变压器套管与升高座及器箱壁的动力耦合作用而存在一定的局限性。文中建议在考核变压器套管抗震性能时,带变压器真型升高座及其其周围部分箱壁统一试验,将能取得较好的考核效果。Ultra-high voltage(UHV)transformer is the key component in substation.The failure of the UHV transformer in earthquake may cause huge economic loss.To evaluate the seismic performance of UHV transformer bushing and to propose a method to evaluate the seismic performance of UHV transformer bushings,the finite element method(FEM)is used for a transformer-bushing system in this paper.The seismic responses of the transformer bushings in different status are analyzed. Afterwards,a theoretical analysis on the interaction between the transformer tank,turrets and the bushings is conducted.The results indicate that the interaction would occur between the turrets and the transformer bushings in earthquakes.Moreover,the turrets would amplify the seismic responses of the bushings obviously.There are some limitations of the current test methods due to the neglect of the dynamic coupling between the bushing,the turret and the transformer plate and the improved test procedure,evaluating the seismic performance of transformer bushing with turret and transformer plate,is suggested in this paper.
