蒲元和胃胶囊联合埃索美啦唑治疗残胃炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒲元和胃胶囊联合埃索美啦治疗残胃炎的疗效。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月青岛城阳人民医院门诊收治的残胃炎患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,各50例,治疗组给予蒲元和胃胶囊联合埃索美拉唑进行治疗,对照组应用埃索美啦唑进行治疗,8周后观察残胃炎患者临床症状及胃镜下观察改善情况。结果治疗结束后,实验组在缓解上腹胀(Z=2.709,P=0.007)及食欲不振(Z=2.430,P=0.016)方面较对照组有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在治疗上腹痛、烧心、呕吐等方面,试验组较对照组无明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲元和胃胶囊、埃索美啦唑治疗残胃炎疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect in the treatment of residual gastritis with PU YUAN and stomach capsule combined with azole esso beauty.Methods The one hundred residual gastritis patients which clearly diagnosised by gastroscope and pathology were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group was 50 cases,which given PU YUAN and stomach capsule combined with azole esso beauty for treatment,the control group was 50 cases,azole esso beauty was applicated for treatment.To observe the residual gastritis patients’clinical symptomas and the improve situation under gastroscope after eight weeks.Results After the treatment,in terms of ease on abdominal distention(Z=2.709,P=0.007)and loss of appetite(Z=2.430,P=0.016)the experimental group have obviously improved than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically siginificant.But in terms of the treatment for abdominal pain、vomiting and heartbum the experimental group havn’t obviously improved than the control group(P>0.05),there was no statistically siginificant diffreence.Conclusion The treatment effect of residual gastritis curative with PU YUAN and stomach capsule combined with azole esso beauty is satisfied.
