急诊快捷护理流程对急性脑卒中患者的急诊抢救效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨和观察急诊快捷护理流程对急性脑卒中患者的急诊抢救效果。方法选取2017年10月~2018年10月我院收治的患者87例作为研究对象,根据患者来院顺序将其分为对照组43例和护理组44例。对照组给予常规护理流程,护理组给予急诊快捷护理流程,对比两组急诊抢救效果。结果护理组患者的接诊至确诊时间和确诊至专科治疗时间相比于对照组显著缩短更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施急诊快捷护理流程临床急诊救治中有着重要作用,能够显著提升救治效果,为患者争取救治时间,提高抢救成功率,在临床应用当中有着显著价值。Objective To investigate and observe the emergency rescue effect of emergency treatment in acute stroke patients.Methods Eighty-seven patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were enrolled. According to the order of patients, they were divided into control group(43 cases) and nursing group(44 cases). The control group was given a routine nursing procedure, and the nursing group was given an emergency care process to compare the emergency rescue effects of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the time from the time of diagnosis to the time of diagnosis and the time of diagnosis to specialist treatment were significantly shorter in the nursing group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency and rapid nursing procedures plays an important role in clinical emergency treatment. It can significantly improve the treatment effect, strive for treatment time for patients,and improve the success rate of rescue. It has significant value in clinical application.
