小儿颈胸部烧伤后瘢痕增生与挛缩的原因及护理策略

摘　　要：目的通过对颈胸部烧伤的患儿给予护理干预,探讨预防和治疗瘢痕增生及挛缩的效果。方法选自2017年6月至2019年6月就诊于我院整形烧伤科的颈胸部烧伤患儿16例参与本次研究,对患儿的创面进行清创换药,给予护理干预措施,以预防烧伤后瘢痕增生及挛缩。观察16例颈胸部烧伤患儿护理前后发生瘢痕增生及挛缩情况、整复手术、患儿家属对于护理满意度,同时对比患儿护理前后家长对于护理效果评价。结果对16例患儿给予有效的护理干预后,患儿发生瘢痕增生及挛缩的概率明显低于护理前,同时患儿家属对于护理效果整体满意度极高,P<0.05;护理后患儿整体治疗效果显著高于护理前,P<0.05,数据差异具有统计学意义。结论医院整形烧伤科在治疗颈胸部烧伤患儿的过程中,通过有效的护理干预措施,可预防瘢痕增生及挛缩的发生,患儿无需接受整复手术,临床研究价值极高。Objective To explore the effect of prevention and treatment of scar hyperplasia and contracture by nursing intervention for children with cervical and thoracic burns. Methods From June 2017 to June 2019, 16 children with cervical and thoracic burn were selected to participate in this study. The wounds of the children were debrided and dressed. Nursing intervention measures were given to prevent scar hyperplasia and contracture after burn. To observe the scar hyperplasia and contracture of 16 children with cervical and thoracic burns before and after nursing, plastic surgery, and the satisfaction of family members with nursing, and to compare the nursing effect of parents before and after nursing. Results After giving effective nursing intervention to 16 children, the probability of scar hyperplasia and contracture was significantly lower than that before nursing. At the same time, the family members of children were highly satisfied with the nursing effect, P<0.05. The overall treatment effect of children after nursing was significantly higher than that before nursing, P<0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion In the process of treating children with cervical and thoracic burns, the plastic burn department of the hospital can prevent the occurrence of scar hyperplasia and contracture through effective nursing intervention measures. The children need not undergo plastic surgery, and the clinical research value is very high.
