探讨脑电双频指数（BIS）引导异丙酚靶控输注辅助椎管内麻醉行腹腔镜手术的可行性

摘　　要：目的分析脑电双频指数(BIS)引导异丙酚靶控输注辅助椎管内麻醉行腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法选择2018年5月至2019年5月来我院接受治疗的60例需行腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和治疗组。对照组共30例,在异丙酚静脉注射负荷剂量后行静脉泵注,治疗组共30例,在BIS监测下靶控输注异丙酚。观察两组的术后指标和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者术后指标和并发症发生率优于对照组,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 BIS引导异丙酚靶控输注辅助椎管内麻醉在腹腔镜手术中能够对异丙酚的用药剂量进行调整,避免患者出现应激反应,具有较高的安全性,值得推广。Objective To analyze the feasibility of intraspinal anesthesia assisted by target controlled infusion of propofol guided by bispectral index(BIS) for laparoscopic surgery. Methods Sixty patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. In the control group, 30 patients received intravenous infusion of propofol after loading dose. In the treatment group, 30 patients received target-controlled infusion of propofol under BIS monitoring. Postoperative indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results Postoperative indicators and incidence of complications in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance, P<0.05. Conclusion BISguided target-controlled infusion of propofol assisted intraspinal anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery can adjust the dosage of propofol to avoid stress reaction in patients with high safety, worthy of promotion.
