摘 要:目的分析达格列净联合胰岛素对脆性2型糖尿病血糖波动影响。方法选取2017年12月至2019年1月我院收治的16例脆性2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,对所有患者实施胰岛素强化治疗后,对患者继续联合达格列净进行治疗。记录患者治疗2个月前后血糖控制指标情况。结果对患者使用达格列净联合治疗之后的结果进行分析显示,使用达格列净联合治疗后的患者的胰岛素用量有明显的减少,低血糖情况明显改善,仅发生3例低血糖事件;达格列净联合治疗后患者的收缩压、舒张压变化,AST、TC、LDL-C等指标有明显改善,患者的餐后2 h血糖从治疗前的(12.5±8.6)mmol/L下降为(6.4±3.3)mmol/L,空腹血糖从治疗前的(8.2±4.5)mmol/L下降为(5.8±3.3)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用达格列净联合胰岛素治疗脆性糖尿病血糖,能够有效地改善患者血糖代谢水平,减少胰岛素的用量,降低患者发生低血糖事件的概率。Objective To analyze the effect of daglitam combined with insulin on blood sugar fluctuation in fragiletype 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixteen cases of fragile type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. All patients received intensive insulin therapy,and the patients continued to be treated with Dagliquin. The blood glucose control indexes before and after 2 months of treatment were recorded. Results The analysis of the results of patients treated with Dagliben combined therapy showed that the insulin dosage of patients treated with Dagliben combined therapy decreased significantly, the hypoglycemia situation improved significantly, only 3 cases of hypoglycemia occurred;The changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, AST and TC in patients treated with Dagliben combined therapy, LDL-C and other indicators were significantly improved. The blood sugar of patients at 2 hours after meal decreased from(12.5±8.6) mmol/L to(6.4±3.3) mmol/L, and the fasting blood sugar decreased from(8.2±4.5) mmol/L, to(5.8±3.3) mmol/L. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of dagliben combined with insulin for the treatment of crispness is significant(P<0.05). Diabetic blood sugar can effectively improve blood sugar metabolism, reduce insulin consumption and reduce the probability of hypoglycemic events in patients with diabetes mellitus.
