自拟化痰舒筋汤配合体针环刺治疗中风风痰阻络型肢体痉挛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究自拟化痰舒筋汤配合体针环刺治疗中风风痰阻络型肢体痉挛的临床效果。方法 2018年6月至2019年3月纳入我院康复疗区的风痰阻络型中风后肢体痉挛患者共150例。自拟化痰舒筋汤组给予自拟化痰舒筋汤治疗。体针环刺组给予体针环刺治疗。联合组给予自拟化痰舒筋汤配合体针环刺治疗。比较改良Ashworth痉挛量表分级、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动评分量表评分,用改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分量表评分。结果经统计学分析,治疗后自拟化痰舒筋汤组与体针环刺组上肢及下肢改良Ashworth痉挛量表分级、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动评分量表评分、MBI评分量表评分相比,P>0.05;治疗后联合组改良Ashworth痉挛量表分级、FuglMeyer肢体运动评分量表评分、MBI评分量表评分优于自拟化痰舒筋汤组、体针环刺组,P<0.05。结论自拟化痰舒筋汤配合体针环刺治疗中风风痰阻络型肢体痉挛可改善痉挛,提高肢体运动功能和日常生活能力。Objective To study clinical effect of self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction combined with body needle circumferential acupuncture in treatment of limb spasm phlegm blocking collateral type stroke. Methods Choose 150 cases limb spasm patients with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals stroke in rehabilitation treatment area of our hospital from June 2018 to March 2019. Self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction group was treated with self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction, and body needle circumferential acupuncture needle group with body needle circumferential acupuncture, combined group with selfmade self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction combined with body needle circumferential acupuncture. Compare modified Ashworth spasm scale classification, Fugl-Meyer limb motion scale scores, and modified Barthel Index(MBI) Scale scores. Results Statistical analysis showed, modified Ashworth spasm scale classification, Fugl-Meyer limb motion scale scores and MBI scores of upper and lower limbs in self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction and body needle circumferential acupuncture group showed P> 0.05 after treatment, above indexes of combination group were better than self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction group and body needle circumferential acupuncture group, P< 0.05. Conclusion Self-made dissipating phlegm and relaxing tendons decoction combined with body needle circumferential acupuncture can improve limb spasm of wind-phlegm obstruction collateral type stroke, improve limb motor function and daily living ability.
