复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗皮炎类皮肤病的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的通过记录和判断患者的治疗效果来确定复方甘草甜素注射方法对皮炎样皮肤病的作用。方法将某医院在某段时间内收治的100位皮炎患者随机进行分组,分为单一药物组和联合用药组,其中对于单一药物组则使用复方的醋酸地塞米松进行治疗过程,这里使用到的复方地塞米松是乳膏,使用复方甘草进行复合制备。比较两组患者治疗的效果和所用时间,获得治疗效果。结果联合组总有效率(98.0%)高于单纯药物组(84.0%)。治疗起到效果的时间和后续需要的恢复时间都小于单一药物所需要使用的时间,而不良反应的发生率存在着一定的差异。结论在治疗皮研皮肤病的时候使用复方甘草酸苷注射液可以在有效治疗的基础上提高治疗的效率并降低不良反应发生的概率。Objective To record and determine curative effect of patients, confirm effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection on dermatitis-like dermatosis. Methods Divide 100 cases dermatitis patients in a hospital randomly into single drug group and combination group. Single drug group was treated with compound dexamethasone acetate during treatment process, which is prepared with compound dexamethasone liquorice cream, and combination group with compound glycyrrhizin injection. Compare curative effect and treatment time of two groups. Results Total effective rate of combination group(98.0%) was higher than simple drug group(84.0%). Onset time of treatment and recovery time of combination group was less than single drug group, adverse reactions incidence showed difference. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin injection can improve treatment effect and reduce adverse reactions incidence on the basis of effective treatment of dermatosis.
