循证护理在肿瘤疼痛护理中的应用探究

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理干预模式在慢性肾炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取我院在2016年10月至2018年4月收治的86例慢性肾炎患者,将他们随机均等分为两组,对照组患者给予常规护理干预,给予研究组患者循证护理干预。观察比较两组患者病情缓解程度以及护理前后的血脂水平。结果研究组患者的病情缓解程度和血脂水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预模式在慢性肾炎护理中的应用不仅具有良好的护理干预效果,还可以改善患者的病情和血脂水平等,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention model in chronic nephritis nursing.Methods Choose 86 cases chronic nephritis patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to April 2018,divide them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention and study group with evidence-based nursing intervention.Observe and compare remission degree and blood lipid level of two groups before and after nursing.Results Remission degree and blood lipid level of study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention model not only has good nursing intervention effect on in chronic nephritis nursing,but can improve condition and blood lipid level of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
