一次性负压引流器在甲状腺手术后的应用及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨一次性负压引流器在甲状腺手术后的应用及护理体会。方法本次研究选取我院2016年1至12月内分泌科收治的需要进行甲状腺手术的患者82例为本次研究对象,分为两组(试验组和对照组,各含患者41例),每组各有患者41例,两组患者分别采用不同的方式进行引流,其中试验组患者术后使用的引流方式是一次性高真空负压,对照组患者术后引流采用传统引流球,对比两组患者手术后并发症的发生情况和患者对护理的满意情况。结果分析两组患者并发症的发生情况,发现试验组患者相比对照组患者而言,明显偏低,差异明显存在统计学意义(P<0.05),对比治疗期间的护理满意度,发现试验组患者对护理满意度高,对照组患者对护理满意度偏低,满意度之间的差异明显,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过一次性高真空负压方式对患者甲状腺手术后引流,便于观察引流液的性状及记录引流量,减少患者每天的换药次数,有效降低患者的费用,且是每天更换引流器,预防了交叉感染的发生。Objective To explore application and nursing experience of disposable negative pressure drainage device for thyroid surgery. Methods Choose 82 cases thyroid surgery patients admitted to endocrinology department of our hospital from January to December 2016 as study objects. Divide them into two groups(experimental group and control group, each containing 41 cases). Carry on draining different methods for two groups. Experimental group was treated with vacuum negative pressure, and control group with traditional drainage balls. Compare complications and nursing satisfaction degree of patients between two groups. Results Analysis between two groups showed, complications of experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction during treatment period of experimental group was higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance.(P<0.05). Conclusion Disposable high vacuum negative pressure drainage is convenient to observe characteristics of drainage fluid and record drainage flow, reduce dressing changes number per day, reduce cost of patients effectively, and replace drainage device each day to prevent occurrence of cross infection.
