术前对患儿实施心理护理干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析术前对小儿实施心理护理的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月的60例手术患儿为研究对象,按照家属意愿将其分为临床干预组与一般对照组,每组各有患者30例,对于对照组患儿在术前进行一般常规干预,对于治疗组患儿实施术前优质心理护理,使用SDS抑郁评分量表和HAMA焦虑评分量表对干预前后两组患儿的抑郁、焦虑程度进行比较。结果在干预前两组患儿的抑郁与焦虑程度无显著性差异,实施优质心理护理干预后,干预组患儿的焦虑评分和抑郁评分都显著低于对照组患儿(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论在进行手术之前为患儿进行科学的心理护理可明显减轻患儿的抑郁和焦虑情绪,减少患儿哭闹带来的不良反应及并发症,能最大程度的取得其配合,为麻醉的实施和手术的成功奠定坚实的基础,值得在临床上进行推广。Objective To analyze clinical effect of psychological nursing on children before operation. Methods Choose 60 cases surgical children from May 2017 to May 2018 as research objects. Divide them into clinical intervention group and general control group according to wishes of their family, 30 cases in each group. Control group received general routine intervention before operation, and treatment group received preoperative quality psychological nursing. Compare depression and anxiety of two groups with SDS depression scale and HAMA anxiety scale before and after intervention. Results Depression and anxiety degree showed no significant difference between two groups before intervention. After quality psychological nursing intervention, anxiety and depression scores of intervention group were significantly lower than control group(P< 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Scientific psychological nursing can alleviate depression and anxiety of children obviously before operation, reduce adverse reactions and crying caused complications, maximize cooperation of children, lay solid foundation for success of anesthesia and operation, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
