温阳复脉汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗心衰伴心律失常的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究温阳复脉汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗心衰伴心律失常的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的心衰伴心律失常患者149例,通过随机分组将所有的患者分组为A组(n=75例)和B组(n=74例),其中对B组实施常规的药物治疗,而A组则在B组的基础之上使用温阳复脉汤,比较两组治疗后心功能改善情况。结果治疗后,A组的生活质量评分(91.32±2.38)分显著高于B组的生活质量评分(81.16±2.45)分,两组患者差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在心功能问题的改善方面,AB两组在左室舒张末期内径的改善方面差异不大,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。而两组患者左室射血分数EF值之间的差异较大,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心衰伴心律失常患者实施温阳复脉汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗可以明显改善患者心功能,可以提升患者的生活质量,临床效果显著。Objective To explore curative effect of warming Yang and restoring pulse decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate on heart failure with arrhythmia. Methods Choose 149 cases heart failure patients with in our hospital, divide them into group A(n =75 cases) and group B(n =74 cases) randomly. group B was treated with routine drug therapy, while group A with warming Yang and restoring pulse decoction on the basis of group B. Compare improvement of cardiac function after treatment between two groups. Results After treatment, life quality scores of group A(91.32±2.38) were significantly higher than group B(81.16±2.45). Difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05). For improvement of cardiac function, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter showed little significant difference improvement of between group A and and B,(P>0.05). Difference showed no statistical significance between two groups. Left ventricular ejection fraction EF value showed significant difference between two groups, with statistical significance between two groups,(P<0.05). Conclusion Warming Yang and restoring pulse decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate can improve cardiac function and improve life quality of heart failure patients with arrhythmia significantly, with significant clinical effect.
