中国体育对外话语体系建构的若干问题探析

摘　　要：以"构建人类命运共同体"作为逻辑起点,将"共商、共建、共享"的全球治理观作为实践支点,对中国体育对外话语体系进行剖析与解读。研究认为,我国体育对外话语体系建设存在三大困境:尚缺乏思想性话语的支撑、制度性话语竞争优势不明显、未实现理论性话语的超越。在此基础上阐述构建我国体育对外话语体系的应然趋向:人类体育的共同愿景要用中国气派的思想性话语传递;新时代体育的本质和规律要用中国风格的理论性话语诠释;中国特色体育发展道路要用中国自信的话语体系解读。Based on "Constructing human destiny community" as the logic starting point, by using "co-business, co-construction, co-enjoyment" global governance view as the practice pivot, the authors dissected and interpreted the Chinese sports foreign discourse system. The authors drew the following conclusions: Chinese sports foreign discourse system construction has three predicaments: lack of ideological discourse support, not significant institutional discourse competition advantage, unrealized theoretical discourse exceeding, on such a basis, the authors expatiated on the ought-to-be trend of constructing the Chinese sports foreign discourse system: human sports’ shared vision should be conveyed by ideological discourse with Chinese manner;the essence and law of new age sports should be interpreted by theoretical discourse with Chinese style;Chinese featured sports development path should be interpreted by the discourse system with Chinese confidence.
