摘  要:针对某火箭发动机T250钢薄壁壳体在加工过程中出现的变形问题,统计分析了影响变形的主要因素,结合壳体工艺过程和材料性能特点提出了热校形方案。基于应力松弛原理研究了壳体热校形方法,总结了外压式热校形规律,并应用到实际生产中,有效解决了T250钢薄壁壳体变形问题。Aiming at the deformation problem of T250 steel thin-walled shell of a rocket engine during processing, the main factors affecting deformation were statistically analyzed. The hot shape correction project was proposed considering the process and material properties of the shell. Based on the stress relaxation theorem, the method of hot shape correction of thin-walled shell was researched, the external-compression hot shape correction principle was also summarized, and has been applied to actual production. It effectively solved the deformation problem of T250 steel thin-walled shell.
