摘 要:目前大量并网的风电机组按最大功率跟踪曲线运行,其功率不能响应电网频率的变化,不具备一次调频功能,这将严重影响电网的安全稳定运行。在分析风电场运行状况基础上,提出在现有风电场机组中加入虚拟惯性控制策略,以提高风电机组输出功率快速响应电网频率变化的能力;通过在风电场集中引入下垂控制策略,获得风电场一次调频总功率,再经过风电场能量管理平台分发给各台风电机组,实现风电场一次调频功能。现场试验结果表明,风电场机组能够像常规发电机组一样进行电网一次调频,其一次调频响应有功功率的速度优于水电机组指标规定的要求。At present,a large number of grid-connected wind turbines are operated according to the maximum power tracking curve,and the power generated fails to respond to changes in the grid frequency,and has no primary frequency modulation function,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the grid.Based on the analysis of the operations of wind farms,this paper proposes that the virtual inertial control strategy be added to the existing wind farm units to improve the ability of the output power of wind turbines so that it can quickly respond to grid frequency changes.Through the introduction of droop control strategy in wind farms,the total power of the first frequency regulation of the wind farm is obtained,and then dis tributed to each wind power generation unit through the wind farm energy management platform to realize the primary frequen cy regulation function of the wind farm.The field test results show that the wind farm unit proposed in this paper can realize primary frequency modulation as the the conventional power gen eration unit does,and its primary frequency response to active power is faster than that required for the hydropower unit index.
