人性化护理模式在手术室护理中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨人性化护理模式在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法随机抽选我院2017年10月~2018年11月收治的136例手术患者,将其作为开展研究的对象,并通过随机分配的原则,将这136例手术患者分为观察组与对照组两组,每组各68例患者,对对照组患者实施传统护理方式进行护理干预,而观察组患者则要在传统护理方式的基础上,实施人性化护理模式,观察对比两组患者手术过程中情绪的焦虑程度。结果观察组患者产生焦虑的程度(14.70%)要明显低于对照组患者产生焦虑的程度(57.35%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为手术患者进行人性化护理模式,能够有效的帮助患者缓解情绪,促进患者治疗的积极性,使患者能够尽早康复,进一步提高患者对护理工作的满意度,全面的改善了患者的生活品质与质量,临床应用效果十分明显,值得全面推广应用。Objective To explore the application value of humanized nursing mode in operating room nursing.Methods 136 patients were randomly selected from October 2017 to November 2018 in our hospital.The 136 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random distribution,and the patients were divided into two groups:observation group and control group,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random distribution.68 patients in each group,the patients in the control group were given traditional nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group should implement the humanized nursing mode on the basis of the traditional nursing methods,and the patients in the observation group had to carry out the humanized nursing mode.The degree of emotional anxiety during operation was observed and compared between the two groups.Results Patients in observation group The degree of anxiety in the two groups(14.70%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(57.35%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing mode for surgical patients can effectively help patients to relieve their emotions,promote patients’enthusiasm for treatment,enable patients to recover as soon as possible,and further improve patients’satisfaction with nursing work.All-round improvement of the quality of life and quality of patients,clinical application effect is very obvious,it is worth popularizing and applying in an all-round way.
