探讨全面护理配合对于胃镜下胃息肉电切术的护理效果

摘　　要：目的探究全面护理配合对于胃镜下胃息肉电切术的护理效果。方法本研究涉及对象为行胃镜下胃息肉电切术者80例,分为参照组与研究组,每组各40例,给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组全面护理配合,对比两组患者住院时间与护理满意度,进行统计学分析。结果比对研究组与参照组住院时间,前者优于后者,P<0.05,形成了统计学意义。比对研究组与参照组护理满意度,前者优于后者,P<0.05,形成了统计学意义。结论行胃镜下胃息肉电切术者实施全面护理配合,有效缩短治疗时间,提高护理满意度,护理效果显著。Objective To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing combined with gastroscopic gastrectomy.Methods Eighteen patients with gastro-intestinal polypectomy underwent gastroscopy.They were divided into reference group and study group,40 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing care,and the study group was given comprehensive nursing care.Time and care satisfaction,for statistical analysis.Results The hospitalization time of the study group and the reference group was better than that of the latter group,P<0.05,which formed a statistical significance.The satisfaction of the study group and the reference group was better than the latter,P<0.05,which formed a statistical significance.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing care of patients undergoing gastroscopic gastrectomy under gastroscope has effectively shortened the treatment time,improved the satisfaction of nursing,and the nursing effect is remarkable.
